湖南省双峰县神手收割机厂位于双峰县杏子铺镇测水村，现有员工220人，其中中、高级技术人员22人，固定资产1500万元。本厂经过8年研究和反复试验，成功研制出的“振农”牌滚筒行走式微型水稻联合收割机，填补了国内收割在丘陵、山区、小丘块田作业的空白。并荣获十多项国家专利，是娄底地区唯一一家收割机专业生产厂家，“娄底市发明协会会员单位”，“双峰县人民政府重点挂牌保护企业”。2004年经国家水田机械监督检测中心检验合格，并获得“国家农业机械推广鉴定证书”，同年荣获“中国湖南第六届（国际）农博会金奖”，《中央电视台》《湖南卫视》《中国农机导报》《湖南日报》《湖南科技报》等多家媒体争先对其进行专题报道。
